Video Editor

We're looking for a Video Editor with experience in editing TV commercials, social media reels, mini-documentaries, and various video formats for different communication channels.

• Edit various types of video content: TV ads, social media videos and reels, mini-documentaries, and various content for different communication channels
• Produce all types of formats for various video platforms
• Coordinate and collaborate with the video production team on set, including film directors, directors of photography, and sound engineers
• Perform basic color grading and sound editing
• Create basic motion graphics for on-screen text, lower thirds, and transitions
• Work with creative, strategy, and account teams on client projects
• Manage timelines, files, and delivery across multiple projects

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in video editing
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Basic color grading skills
• Understanding of export specs for different platforms (broadcast, social, web)
• Experience directing on small sets (talent, framing, basic lighting)
• Familiarity with AI video generation platforms is a plus
• Albanian and English required
