WEglobal SRL & Koperativa Agency lLC is seeking financial offers from event production companies for the delivery of the Europe Day 2026 programme in Kosovo, running from 7 to 21 May 2026 across multiple locations.

• COMPONENT 1 – 7 May: Menza Lunch Reception (13:00)
• Opening reception for Europe Day 2026.
• LED screens: 5×3 m backdrop, 2×2 m backdrop, 1×(2×3 m) terrace screen (outdoor), 6×(1×3 m) outdoor units — approx. 33 m² total
• Lighting: 6× robotic moving-head fixtures, Godox-type event lighting
• Sound: reinforcement system for live band
• Branding: podium/lectern with Europe House logo; full EU-branded event dressing
• Blue carpet runner (rented)
• On-site technical supervisor
• Full catering service for 200 persons; 20 bartenders

• COMPONENT 2 – 9 May: Children's Activities, Fair & Concert (13:00–22:00)
• Main public event combining a children's programme, a branded fair, and an evening concert.
